Affiliate Odyssey

Emmie Matthews & Ed Stevens, a pair of UK affiliate marketers, managed to win an investment of £200,000 from Theo Paphitis on tonight’s episode of Dragon’s Den.

Their company, Gaming Alerts Ltd, sets up comparison and offer sites for bingo, poker and betting.

I’m still trying to get my head around how this is a good investment for Theo and how they’re going to spend the money (apart from a pair of  Astons) - I guess  you could build one hell of an authority site with that amount of cash!

I wonder what Kieron would do given he’s already in the same market?

Anyway, good on them, proving that affiliate marketing is a real, investable business.
